Welcome to AFOQT Lab ("AFOQT Lab", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by AFOQT Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of afoqtlab.com and any related services, content, and practice materials (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what we provide
AFOQT Lab provides original online practice questions, diagnostics, and study tools to help candidates prepare for pilot-focused subtests of the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT). Our questions are original study materials created for practice purposes.
2. Not affiliated; no endorsement
AFOQT Lab is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, any government agency, or an official AFOQT test administrator. "AFOQT" and related names are used for descriptive and educational purposes only. Our practice questions are original and are not actual AFOQT test items.
3. No guarantee of results
The Service is provided for study and practice only. We do not guarantee any particular score, test result, selection outcome, or admission. Your performance depends on many factors outside our control.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Access and purchases
Certain content is available for free. Full access to the question bank requires a one-time purchase that currently grants access for 90 days from purchase. Access is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout through a secure access link. You are responsible for keeping that link and email account secure. Purchases, pricing, and payment terms are described at the point of sale. Details about refunds are in our Refund Policy.
6. Payments
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for purchases, including payment processing, applicable tax handling, receipts, and approved refunds. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Your use of the hosted checkout is also subject to Dodo Payments' terms and privacy practices.
7. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to:
- copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, distribute, or share questions, explanations, or other content;
- share, resell, or transfer your access link or paid access to others;
- use automated means to access, harvest, or copy content;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, the paywall, or security measures;
- use the Service unlawfully or infringe our rights or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AFOQT Lab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, including sharing access or attempting to bypass the paywall. Where permitted by law and warranted by the violation, this may occur without a refund.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFOQT Lab and AFOQT Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chengdu, Sichuan, China for any dispute not subject to another agreed dispute-resolution process.
